Appointments
To book your appointment at Lasata Salon and Spa, simply call 507.536.0004 or 877.536.0004 (toll free) or feel free to stop at the front desk. To ensure optimum availability we recommend booking your next appointment before you leave. However, we will make every attempt to accommodate your requests on short notice.

Punctuality
Your promptness is greatly appreciated. If you are late for your service, your session may be shortened and end on time to allow the service provider to be respectful and on time for their next client.

Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

In-Store Credits
It seldom happens, but in the unlikely event you would need to return something, you will be given an in-store product credit (not to be used toward services). Packages and gift certificates are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for packages or any denomination and can be used toward any salon or spa service or product.

Deposits
Parties of three or more will be charged 15% gratuity. Spa packages and wedding parties require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation due to the length of these appointments; 48 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid deposit forfeiture.

Payment
All services and products received must be settled upon your departure from Lasata. Payment is accepted by cash, local checks, travelers checks, Visa or Mastercard (tips not accepted on credit card) or gift certificates.

Liability
Please remove all valuables including jewelry, clothing, etc., as Lasata will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

To ensure the highest quality of service and relaxation for all guests, we ask that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service. We also ask guests to refrain from using cell phones in the salon and spa areas.
